Special Father’s Day Episode Honors Dads….and Thunderbirds

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Tail Fins and Chrome, host Jake Jacobs grew up loving two things…..baseball and cars. His father, Lamar Jacobs, a former Minnesota Twin, guided his children’s upbringing and fostered their love for both. Always a classic car owner, Jake also became a college baseball player and last year, was able to pursue his classic car dreams with the launch of the Tail Fins and Chrome the TV Show. Now, travelling the country and meeting families and their classic cars, Jake will take time this Father’s Day to honor his own dad and to fulfill a dream restoration of a Ford Thunderbird that has been following the pair through the decades.
Tail Fins and Chrome host Jake, says, “I get to honor my dad and his achievements over the years and showcase a Ford Thunderbird custom project in his honor. This is a very special episode and we are always looking for touching stories to share about classic car projects, history of classics and the reasons behind the passion.”
