What’s with all the ugly lookalike 4 door cars today? Why are young people driving them?
The ONLY 4 doors should be police cars, taxis & limos – period.
When i was a teen – even most suvs & jeeps & pickups back then were 2 doors!!
Even the hiway patrol in the 1950′s drove 2 door police cars. 

I had to drive 1 of the few 4 door cars around  to college in the early 70′s – they all laughed at me  – they  all drove cool  2 doors.
If  your friends are too lazy tese days to get in the back seat of a 2 door car, let them walk & get new friends!!

all you young people today – stop calling SUV’s & crossovers   CARS!!! they are TRUCKS!!
All of us old timers are  at you people going nuts over ugly 4 door cars.
Enjoy your faded yellowing plastic headlites & the bill to replace them.
My headlites are glass & still clear after 20 years – & costs $8  to replace.

When I take it out, why does everybody say nice car? I say – why are you driving those 4 door cars then – get a classic.

Dad liked convertibles and we had two used ones at the same time – the 57 Lincoln Premier and a 53 Oldsmobile.

Funny story – the Lincoln’s battery was under the front passenger floor.  I was trying to jump the battery in the garage and it was dark.  I noticed Dad’s 4 spotlight or so light bar for home movies hanging on the wall.  So I plugged it in, rested it on the hood with the light shining through the windshield.  Great light!  I was hearing funny sounds while attaching the cables to the battery.  I looked up the the cold windshield had been broken many times by the hot lights!  That was a hard to explain that to Dad!
